Please do not become responsible before God for the life of even one more child being taken in South Carolina if in fact SCOTUS soon overthrows the evil, unconstitutional <em>Roe<\/em> Opinion.<\/p>\n<p>In a May 4, 2022 letter to then-House Speaker Lucas from several members of the SC House of Representatives, they stated (copy enclosed):<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe killing of even one child with the needless countenance of state law would be a grave assault <\/em><em>to human rights and human dignity.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>and;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cNo more children should have to die without justice.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>What will your legacy be ? That South Carolina\u2019s top leaders had in place the legislative means to protect human life, as do already, in various measures, 13 other States via \u201ctrigger laws\u201d; and 9 States with pre-<em>Roe<\/em> \u201cabortion\u201d ban legislation still on the books; and 3 States with \u201cabortion\u201d ban legislation passed since 2019 in spite of <em>Roe<\/em> ? Or, will the legacy of South Carolina in this historic sea change in America be that <em>Roe<\/em> was overturned, but in the State of South Carolina, the shedding of innocent blood continued, for even one second longer than necessary ? [ Note: <u>Laws recognizing \u201dPersonhood\u201d at fertilization for ALL humans fully establish justice<\/u>. Other \u201cbans\u201d may still shut down child-murder centers, as in Oklahoma. ]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201913 states have passed so-called \u2018trigger laws,\u2019 bans designed to go into effect if Roe v.
