\n<\/span>SC STATE LAW ALREADY DEFINES “MURDER”<\/span> AS THE KILLING OF ANY PERSON<\/span> WITH MALICE AFORETHOUGHT<\/b><\/p>\n

SC Code of Laws, Section 16-3-10<\/a><\/strong>

\n<\/span>The killing of persons<\/span> with malice aforethought is ALREADY<\/u><\/i> defined in statute as the crime of “Murder”<\/span> in South Carolina Law, Section 16-3-10.
\n<\/b>
\n<\/span>So what is necessary to provide due process<\/u><\/span> and equal protection<\/u><\/span> for the right to life of ALL<\/u> pre-birth human beings, beginning at fertilization, and the criminalization of their murder in SC ?\u00a0 Add the definition of “Person”<\/span> to Title 16, Chapter 3, of the SC Code of Laws, to include ANY and ALL human beings (No Exceptions) beginning at fertilization.
\n<\/b>
\n<\/span>This would Establish Biblical Justice.
\n<\/span><\/b>
\n<\/span>Human Life Begins at Conception. Period.
\n<\/b>
\n<\/span>Anything less will likely<\/u> PERPETUATE<\/u><\/span> the murder of certain pre-birth human beings in South Carolina<\/u>, at least in some measure, in some form(s) or manner(s).

\n<\/span>Offenses Against The Person

\n<\/span>“Murder” defined.<\/b><\/p>\n

Murder is the killing of any person with malice aforethought, either express or implied.<\/p>\n

\n<\/span>So, the Murder<\/span> of “Persons”<\/span> is ALREADY<\/u><\/i> a crime in South Carolina. What is needed in Title 16, Chapter 3 is the addition of the definition of “Person”<\/span> to include ANY and ALL human beings (No Exceptions) beginning at fertilization.
