\nand SC Personhood Bills H5401<\/a> and S1335<\/a> ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. No potentially Scripturally violative (Ex. 20:13<\/a>, Matt. 19:18<\/a>), or medically unnecessary<\/a> “life of the mother” exclusion in H5401<\/a> and S1335<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

2. H5401<\/a> and S1335<\/a> explicitly, solely, and exclusively amend SC Homicide Law [ SC Code of Laws, Title 16, Chapter 3<\/a> ].<\/strong>
\n– H5401<\/a> and S1335<\/a> are not unconstitutionally vague, but amend specific portion of the SC Code of Laws.
\n– H5401<\/a> and S1335<\/a> do not affect other areas of law, but are limited to Title 16, Chapter 3<\/a>.
