The just course of action for the SC House and SC Senate to take is to pass the Personhood Act of SC (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/5401.htm\">H5401<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1335.htm\">S1335<\/a>), not H5399.<\/span><\/b> <!--EndFragment --><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">That said, on <\/span><\/strong><b><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">September 8, 2022, the SC Senate came within two (2) votes of passing a version, which while not establishing Justice, would have banned approx. 97% of surgical and RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; in SC, likely <\/span><\/b><b><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">shutting down the Planned Parenthood &#8220;abortion&#8221; centers in Columbia and Charleston, and stopping most such elective &#8220;abortions&#8221;-on-demand at the Greenville &#8220;abortion&#8221; center. [ <u>Note<\/u>: The five (5) &#8220;Republicans&#8221; who voted against this version (see below) did <!--StartFragment --><em><u>not<\/u><\/em> do so because the legislation was unjust and not &#8220;pro-life&#8221; enough for them, but because it was not pro-&#8220;abortion&#8221; enough for them. ]\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Being &#8220;Pro-Life&#8221; is agreeing with God href=\"https:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/sj22\/20220908.htm\">September 8<\/a>, &#8220;Republican&#8221; Senate Majority Leader Senator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Shane Massey<\/a> (EDGEFIELD) proposed a version of H5399 which was substantively very similar to the SC House version, with the primary difference being an additional &#8220;exception&#8221; to banning the murder of children in the womb. This H5399 Senate version<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">**<\/span> would have banned approximately 97% (using <a href=\"https:\/\/abort73.com\/abortion_facts\/us_abortion_statistics\/\">State of Florida 2020 statistics<\/a>) of the surgical and RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; in SC. An attempt to table this version failed on a 20 Y to 24 N vote<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">***<\/span>. Since the tabling motion failed, pro-&#8220;abortion&#8221; Senator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Tom Davis<\/a> (BEAUFORT) began to filibuster Senator Massey&#8217;s proposal.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 95%;\">**<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 95%; color: #000000;\">This filibuster initiated by pro-&#8220;abortion&#8221; Senator <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Tom Davis<\/a> (BEAUFORT) was against a version of H5399 which would have banned committing an &#8220;abortion&#8221; on &#8220;a woman known to be pregnant&#8221;, but with all the exceptions of so-called life\/serious health of the mother, rape\/incest, and fatal fetal &#8220;anomaly&#8221; <em>[sic]<\/em>; it was similar to the SC House version, which did not have a fatal fetal &#8220;anomaly&#8221; <em>[sic]<\/em> excep<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 95%; color: #000000;\">tion, and <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 95%; color: #000000;\">which would ban approximately 98% (using <a href=\"https:\/\/abort73.com\/abortion_facts\/us_abortion_statistics\/\">State of Florida 2020 statistics<\/a>) of surgical and RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; in SC<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 95%; color: #000000;\">[ <!--StartFragment --><b><u>Note<\/u><\/b><!--EndFragment -->: There are no &#8220;exceptions&#8221; to God&#8217;s Commandment to all men not to commit murder. Exodus 20:13, <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/bartleby.com\/108\">KJV<\/a> ]<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 95%;\">After only about 20 minutes of Senator Davis&#8217; &#8220;filibuster&#8221;, Senator Massey made a motion at 5:18 pm calling for a cloture vote to stop the threatened filibuster. <u>The SC Senate came within two votes of doing so<\/u>. The cloture vote<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">***<\/span> was 24 Y to 20 N to end the filibuster, but under Senate Rules, 26 votes were needed. There are 30 &#8220;Republicans&#8221; in the SC Senate. The five <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">pro-&#8220;abortion&#8221; <\/span>&#8220;Republicans&#8221; who voted against cloture on the H5399 Senate version which would have banned 97% of surgical and RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; in SC were: Senators <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Tom Davis<\/a> (BEAUFORT), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Penry Gustafson<\/a> (KERSHAW), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Greg Hembree<\/a> (HORRY), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Sandy Senn<\/a> (CHARLESTON), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Katrina Shealy<\/a> (LEXINGTON). [ <u>Note<\/u>: The five (5) &#8220;Republicans&#8221; who voted against this version (see below) did <u>not<\/u> do so because the legislation was unjust and not &#8220;pro-life&#8221; enough for them, but because it was not pro-&#8220;abortion&#8221; enough for them. ] The sixth &#8220;Republican&#8221; who failed to vote for cloture was Senator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?chamber=S\">Luke Rankin<\/a> (HORRY) who departed (fled?) the Senate chamber about 25 minutes before the cloture vote on &#8220;Leave&#8221; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">***<\/span> (!?). Fifteen (15) pro-&#8220;abortion&#8221; Democrats also voted against cloture in the 24 Y to 20 N vote.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 95%;\">So this Senate version which would have banned approximately 97% (using <a href=\"https:\/\/abort73.com\/abortion_facts\/us_abortion_statistics\/\">State of Florida 2020 statistics<\/a>) of surgical and RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; in South Carolina, keeping open South Carolina&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/abortionno.org\/abortion-photos\/\">Mass Genocide by &#8220;Abortion&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0Death Camps.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 95%;\">It should be noted that there were still two &#8220;Republican&#8221;
