See below<\/a> the pre-1970 South Carolina Law code sections criminalizing “abortion” <\/strong>with no exceptions<\/u> in the case of pre “quickening” babies [SC Code Section 16-83<\/a>]; <\/strong>and with one exception<\/u> in the case of post “quickening” babies [SC Code Section 16-82<\/a>]. <\/strong>There was also a separate, specific code section criminalizing the woman who solicits <\/strong>for an abortion, with one exception<\/u> [SC Code Section 16-84<\/a>].<\/strong><\/p>\n

The JUST<\/span> action (Micah 6:8, Amos 5:15, Proverbs 21:3, KJV<\/a>) for the SC Legislature to take has not<\/u> been to pass the unjust SC Senate version of H5399<\/a>, which would ban approximately 52% of the surgical and RU486 child-murders by “abortion” in South Carolina; nor<\/u> to pass the unjust SC House version of H5399<\/a>, which would ban approximately 98% of the surgical and RU486 child-murders by “abortion” in South Carolina; but to pass Personhood Bills H5401<\/a> \/ S1335<\/a>\u00a0to ESTABLISH JUSTICE<\/span> and ultimately END AND ABOLISH ALL<\/u> CHILD-MURDER BY “ABORTION” IN SOUTH CAROLINA.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Neither the SC House nor the SC Senate versions of H5399 establish legal recognition of Personhood<\/span> for preborn children at fertilization, and therefore neither version<\/u> provides for equal protection of the laws, and therefore neither version establishes Justice. The just course of action for the SC House and SC Senate to take is to pass the Personhood Act of SC (H5401<\/a> \/ S1335<\/a>), not<\/u> H5399. At this juncture in the legislative process, Free Conference powers would have to be granted to the Conference Committee by a super-majority of each chamber to authorize striking the current language and amending H5399 with the language of Personhood Bills H5401<\/a> \/ S1335<\/a>.<\/strong>
