This is more Big Government socialism; not to mention, promotion by the State Government of the shedding of innocent blood through birth control which can cause chemical &#8220;abortions&#8221;.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\"><strong>5) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> [SECTION 6., Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/code\/t38c071.php#38-71-146\">38-71-146<\/a>.] <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FALSIFIES BIOLOGICAL AND MEDICAL SCIENCE, FALSELY CLAIMING: <\/span>&#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">A<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">contraceptive<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">may prevent<\/span> ovulation, fertilization, or <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">implantation in the uterus<\/span>.&#8221; <\/strong><strong>However, implantation in the uterus occurs 6 to 10 days <u>AFTER<\/u> fertilization. So preventing implantation in the uterus is <u>NOT<\/u> the work of birth control functioning as\u00a0 a contraceptive, but of birth control that is functioning as an abortifacient, i.e., to cause an early chemical &#8220;abortion&#8221; at about one week of human life.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>THIS FURTHER EXPOSES THE FALSE CLAIM THAT <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> PROTECTS HUMAN LIFE FROM CONCEPTION. IT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>IMPLANTATION IN THE UTERUS OCCURS 6 TO 10 DAYS <u>AFTER<\/u> CONCEPTION \/ FERTILIZATION.<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>6) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> [SECTION 7.] promotes <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FORNICATION<span style=\"color: #000000;\">*<\/span><\/span> among South Carolina youth by requiring the Public Employee Benefit Authority (PEBA) and the State Health Plan to cover contraceptives\/abortifacients for dependents &#8220;under the same terms and conditions that the Plan provides contraceptive coverage for employees and spouses.&#8221; <u>This is immoral and despicable<\/u>. The Bible commands to &#8220;Flee fornication.&#8221; (1 Corinthians 6:18, <a href=\"https:\/\/bartleby.com\/108\">KJV<\/a>), and the Bible reveals &#8220;fornicators&#8221; shall not &#8220;inherit the kingdom of God.&#8221; (1 Corinthians 6:9,10, <a href=\"https:\/\/bartleby.com\/108\">KJV<\/a>). For the South Carolina State Government to further promote fornication among the State&#8217;s youth by making birth control even more available and accessible to them as dependents, might not this for even more young people, hinder their inheriting the kingdom of God ?<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>* Note: In a recent calendar year (2017), 88% of the surgical\/RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; in South Carolina were committed upon UNMARRIED females. (&#8220;Abortions&#8221; by Marital Status Occurring in SC in 2017 (SC DHEC) &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2018-10-04-SC-DHEC-Abortions-by-Marital-Status-Occurring-in-SC-2017.pdf\">Click Here<\/a>). BIRTH CONTROL fuels FORNICATION, and FORNICATION fuels &#8220;ABORTION&#8221;.\u00a0 (Have we forgotten the introduction of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.southavewomensservices.com\/margaret-sanger-and-the-history-of-the-birth-control-pill\/\">Margaret Sanger&#8217;s <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.southavewomensservices.com\/margaret-sanger-and-the-history-of-the-birth-control-pill\/\">\u00a0birth control pill<\/a><\/strong><strong>\u00a0in 1960 effectively launched the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.saturdayeveningpost.com\/2015\/12\/50-years-ago-the-birth-control-revolution\/\">Sexual Revolution<\/a>&#8221; of the 1960&#8217;s, from which we are still suffering, and still experiencing today in 2023 !?)<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>7) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> [SECTION 4.] prohibits the use by Planned Parenthood of any state funds for &#8220;abortions&#8221; [ However, this also begs the question, does that mean Planned Parenthood can continue to receive state funds for purposes other than surgical\/RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; ?].<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>8) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> [SECTION 10.] rightly <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><u>FINALLY<\/u><\/span> repeals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/code\/t44c041.php#44-41-20\">Sec 44-41-20<\/a>. &#8220;Legal Abortions.&#8221; in the SC Code which codifies the <em>Roe v Wade<\/em> framework. The <em>Roe<\/em> framework was placed in the SC Code by the SC Legislature in 1974, and has been <em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><u>preserved there<\/u><\/span><\/em> by 25+ years of incremental &#8220;abortion&#8221; regulation legislation, including by the incremental &#8220;abortion&#8221; perpetuation Heartbeat Law [ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1.htm\">SC Senate Bill S.1<\/a>, See Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/code\/t44c041.php#44-41-710\">44-41-710<\/a>. ] which has been blocked by SC Supreme Court since August 17, 2022.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>However, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> does <u>NOT<\/u> rightly repeal in its entirety, all of Chapter 41 &#8211; Abortions, Title 44 of the 1976 Code, as would have the Personhood Act of SC (2022 Session &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/5401.htm\">H5401<\/a>\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1335.htm\">S1335<\/a>).<\/b><br \/>\n_______________________________________________________<br \/>\n_______________________________________________________<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">So, in conclusion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> would ban approximately 97% of surgical and RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; in SC, and thus would likely shut down such &#8220;abortions&#8221; at the Planned Parenthood murder mills in Columbia and Charleston, and would likely stop nearly all such &#8220;abortions&#8221; at the Greenville murder mill.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">However, surgical and RU486 &#8220;abortions&#8221; only account for an estimated 10-20% of the total number of &#8220;abortions&#8221;. The other estimated 80-90% is from birth control which can function abortifaciently, TO WHICH THIS UNRIGHTEOUS BILL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess125_2023-2024\/bills\/3774.htm\">H3774<\/a> IN ITS PRESENT FORM AS FILED ON JANUARY 24, 2023, AND AS PASSED BY THE SC HOUSE JUDICIARY CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS SUBCOMMITTEE ON JANUARY 26, 2023 (SC Legislature <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/video\/archives.php?key=12734&amp;part=1\">Archived Video<\/a>), WOULD EXPAND AVAILABILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY, EVEN TO DEPENDENTS (YOUTH) THROUGH SC PEBA AND THROUGH THE STATE HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN !<br \/>\n<\/span><\/b>______________________________________________<br \/>\n______________________________________________<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>God says,<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;&#8230;
