\nThe SC House significantly amended version of the S474<\/a> Six-Week Heartbeat Bill<\/u> passed on May 17, 2023<\/a>. <\/span><\/strong>The SC Senate concurred with this same House version on May 23, 2023<\/a>.\u00a0 SC Governor McMaster signed S474<\/a> into SC Law on Thursday, May 25<\/a>.\u00a0 The Heartbeat Law<\/u> was blocked by a Circuit Court May 26<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

S474<\/span><\/a> <\/strong>is NOT<\/span><\/u><\/span> A PRO-LIFE BILL !\u00a0 IT IS NOT EVEN A TRUTHFUL BILL, FALSIFYING THE DEFINITION OF THE PLAIN ENGLISH MEANING OF THE WORD “CONTRACEPTION” <\/strong>TO INCLUDE THE “ABORTION”<\/span> OF A ONE-WEEK OR SO HUMAN EMBRYO “AFTER<\/u> CONCEPTION<\/u>” !!!\u00a0 <\/span>ORWELLIAN. <\/span><\/strong> THIS PERVERSION OF BASIC TRUTH IS DANGEROUS.<\/strong>

\nS474<\/a> – Section 44-41-610<\/strong>.\u00a0 [ Note: This is the language when S474<\/a> first introduced in the Senate, 2\/1\/2023. ]
\n<\/span><\/b>(4) “Contraceptive” means a drug, device, or chemical that prevents ovulation, conception<\/u>, or the implantation of a fertilized ovum in a woman’s uterine wall after conception<\/u>. [sic]\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/b><\/em>[ Emphasis added ]
\n<\/span>
\n<\/u><\/span>[ This new, FALSE<\/b><\/span> definition of “Contraceptive” in S474<\/a><\/strong> perverts the current accurate South Carolina Law definition: Section 44-41-610.<\/a> <\/strong>(2) “Contraceptive” means a drug, device, or chemical that prevents conception. ]<\/span>

\n<\/span>[ Scientifcally speaking, it is not<\/u> a “fertilized ovum” which implants in the woman’s uterus 6 to 12 days <\/span>after fertilization, but a 200 – 300 cell tiny human embryo termed a “blastocyst<\/a>“.<\/strong>\u00a0 S474<\/b><\/a> is neither scientifically <\/span>correct, nor correct in its perversion of the plain English meaning of the word “Contraceptive”. ]<\/span>

\n<\/b><\/span>FURTHERMORE<\/u>:<\/span><\/strong>

\n<\/span>1) In SECTION 3. \/ Section 44-41-90.(A):<\/span><\/span><\/strong>

\n<\/span>S474<\/span><\/a>\u00a0CODIFIES<\/u> in permanent SC Law the FUNDING<\/u><\/span> of certain “abortions” in the State Health Insurance Plan (instead of appearing annually in the State Budget, Section 108\/PEBA, Part 1B Provisos).<\/span><\/strong>
\n
\n<\/span>S474<\/a> provides for FUNDING<\/u><\/span> of “abortions” through the State Health Insurance Plan in the cases of so-called life\/serious health of the mother [ despite the counter-indication of the www.DublinDeclaration.com<\/a> ], rape\/incest, and so-called fatal fetal anomaly [sic – euthanasia]<\/em>.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2) In SECTION 5. \/ Section 38-71-146<\/span><\/span><\/strong>
\n
\n<\/span>S474<\/span><\/a> mandates all private, group, and HMO insurance policies in the State cover “contraceptives” [sic]<\/em>, which consistent with the perversion of the definition of “contraceptive” also includes abortifacients, thereby likely INCREASING<\/u><\/span> the number of early “abortions” by abortifacient birth control in South Carolina
\n(there is a religious exemption).
\n<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

3) In SECTION 11.<\/span><\/strong>
\n
\n<\/span>S474<\/a> provides “contraceptives” [sic]<\/em>, which includes abortifacients, to the DEPENDENTS<\/u><\/span> (e.g., young adults) of employees covered by the State “Health” Plan, with which to FORNICATE<\/u>,<\/span> facilitating corruption of the morals of youth, and likely INCREASING<\/u><\/span> the number of early “abortions” by abortifacient birth control in South Carolina.
