H4046 (scstatehouse<\/a>.gov<\/a>) would ban “deliberate termination of an unborn child” [ Section 16-3-2320(A) ], and so <\/strong>would ban surgical and RU-486 “abortions” ( If, at least for “deliberate terminations”, H4046 legally recognizes <\/strong>the unborn child as a “person” as required under SC Code Section 16-3-10<\/a> ).<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, as those who have the Rescue Those brochure, “How Can We Rescue Those Being Taken Away To Death” <\/strong>can see, on page 14 the abortifacient mechanism of “hormonal birth control pills” is addressed:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Because birth control pills function pharmacologically both as contraceptives and as abortifacients, the common terminology used to describe them (albeit erroneously), is to call them, and to consider them to be, “contraceptives” [sic]<\/i>.<\/b><\/p>\n

However, reliable estimates of the numbers of chemical “abortions” from “contraceptive” [sic]<\/i> “birth control” <\/strong>[child-prevention] reach into multiple millions per annum nationally,SEVERAL TIMES MORE<\/i><\/span> than the total <\/strong>number of surgical and RU-486 “abortions”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

H4046 would do NOTHING<\/span> to stop abortifacient “birth control” because use of these “contraceptives” [sic] <\/i><\/strong>is not considered to be “deliberate termination” of an unborn child.<\/strong><\/p>\n

H4046 does not<\/u><\/span> establish Personhood<\/span> at fertilization for ALL<\/u><\/span> unborn children, and H4046 does not<\/u><\/span> protect <\/strong>unborn children from being killed by chemical “abortion” at\u00a0 \u00a0 6 to 10 days after fertilization. Therefore, <\/strong>H4046 does NOT<\/u><\/span> establish Biblical justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n
