\n<\/b>SC State Budget line items are sufficiently vague so that it would require an FOIA request to actually find out how much is budgeted to pay for baby-killing so-called “birth control” [child-prevention].\u00a0 Just another way our SC State Government officials evade accountability to the taxpayers and citizens of South Carolina.

\n<\/span>3. Then there is the Medicaid funding of mass-murderers PLANNED PARENTHOOD<\/span>.

\n<\/span>Two of the three remaining<\/a> “abortion” mills in SC (down from 12 in 1988) are Planned Parenthood<\/span> centers.<\/b><\/p>\n

Recall that the SC Governor’s Executive Budget has two competing Provisos in Section 33:

Proviso 33.25 (PAGE 360) which does nothing now; key words “once the federal injunction is lifted”.\u00a0 <\/b><\/span>The federal injunction has to do with preventing the Governor from removing Planned Parenthood<\/b><\/span> from the SC State Medicaid program as an authorized provider. The federal court issued an injunction against that.
\n
\n<\/span>However, Proviso 33.28 (PAGE 360) is a real attempt to defund Planned Parenthood,<\/b><\/span> now<\/u>,<\/i><\/b> by instructing SC DHHS not to accept ANY<\/u><\/b> federal funds for “family planning”, which would of course include any such funds for Planned Parenthood.
\n<\/b><\/span>
\n<\/span>Proviso 33.25 is an example of “Republican” Leadership fake “pro-life” theater. Proviso 33.28 would get something done, but Proviso 33.28 is not included in the Ways and Means Committee version of the State Budget H<\/a>.5150<\/a>.

\n<\/span>The fake “pro-life” SC House Ways and Means Committee version of State Budget only has Proviso 33.25, with make-believe defunding language.\u00a0 “Republicans” especially in Leadership are good at “pro-life” theater.\u00a0 Watch their deeds, not their fake words<\/u>.<\/b> Funding of certain baby-killing and baby-killers continues year after year after year in the SC State Budget !<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
