None of the state funds appropriated for family planning may be expended to directly or indirectly subsidize abortion services or procedures or administrative functions and none of the funds appropriated herein may be paid or granted to an organization that provides abortion services. An otherwise qualified organization may not be disqualified from receipt of these funds because of its affiliation with an organization that provides abortion services, provided that the affiliated organization that provides abortion services is independent of the qualified organization. An independent affiliate the provides abortion services must be separately incorporated from any organization that receives these funds. Jeff Johnson<br \/>\n<b>__________________________________________<\/b><\/p>\n<p><!--StartFragment --><b>** <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Planned Parenthood <\/span>operates two of the <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2021-10-28-South-Carolina-has-had-THREE-abortion-centers-mills-clinics-every-year-2003-through-2020.pdf\">three remaining<\/a> &#8220;abortion&#8221; mills in South Carolina (<a href=\"https:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/Statistics.htm\">down from 12 in 1988<\/a>).<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>The <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Planned Parenthood<\/span> &#8220;abortion&#8221; center in Columbia alone is reported to have exterminated over 55,000 pre-birth human beings from 1978 through 2020.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>The &#8220;abortion&#8221; center in Charleston (1312 Ashley River Road), gave notice November 13, 2017 it was closing. That facility was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.postandcourier.com\/features\/planned-parenthood-buys-charleston-womens-medical-center-will-offer-abortions-at-new-location\/article_80aeba9a-d61b-11e7-bbf1-e301ce019094.html\">purchased by Planned <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.postandcourier.com\/features\/planned-parenthood-buys-charleston-womens-medical-center-will-offer-abortions-at-new-location\/article_80aeba9a-d61b-11e7-bbf1-e301ce019094.html\">Parenthood<\/a>, and began reporting the murder of preborn children under <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Planned Parenthood&#8217;s<\/span> name in 2018. In 2018, 2019, and 2020, this Charleston <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Planned Parenthood<\/span> child-murder center has reported killing a total of just over 4,000 pre-birth human beings.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>So together, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Planned Parenthood&#8217;s<\/span> child-extermination centers in Charleston and in Columbia slaughtered over 59,000 babies through 2020.
