<\/b>SB<\/a> 612
\n<\/a><\/b><\/span>“Abortion; prohibiting performance of or attempt to perform abortion except under certain condition; <\/strong>providing penalties and affirmative defense. Effective date.”<\/strong>
\n
\n<\/span>OK SB 612 bans nearly all surgical and RU-486 “abortions”, however it does not ban “abortion” in the case <\/strong>of a “medical emergency” as defined in the statute “to save the life of a pregnant woman.” [sic].
\n<\/i><\/strong>Therefore, SB 612 does not fully provide for equal protection under the law.<\/strong>
\nIt is never justified or necessary to intentionally kill (“abort”) the baby to save the mother’s life.<\/strong>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>OK SB 612 criminalizes performing an “abortion” or attempting to perform an “abortion” for the abortionist, <\/strong>as a felony, with punishments of up to $100,000 and\/or 10 years imprisonment; however SB 612 does not <\/strong>authorize charging or convicting a woman with any criminal offense in the killing of her own unborn child.<\/strong>
\nTherefore, SB 612 does not fully establish justice.<\/strong>
\n<\/span>
\nOK SB 612 does NOT<\/u><\/span> Ban Chemically Abortifacient “Birth Control” ( so-called “Contraceptives” [sic]<\/i> ), which is reliably estimated <\/strong>to cause multiple times more the number of “abortions” than do surgical and RU-486 “abortions”.<\/strong>
\nTherefore, SB 612 does not establish justice, and does not provide for equal protection under the law, for enormous numbers of unborn children in the days immediately after fertilization, through implantation in the womb (approx. 6 to 10 days gestation).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
