Wade is overturned&#8217;<\/strong><br \/>\nCNN<br \/>\nMay 3, 2022<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/05\/03\/us\/state-abortion-trigger-laws-roe-v-wade-overturned\/index.html\">https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/05\/03\/us\/state-abortion-trigger-laws-roe-v-wade-overturned\/index.html<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>AND,<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Failed to include in the Sine Die Resolution passed May 10 (SC Senate) and May 11 (SC House) <\/strong><strong>that &#8220;abortion&#8221; legislation could be taken up in June 15-17 and June 28-30 special sessions, <\/strong><strong>when trigger legislation could be passed, but postponed consideration of &#8220;abortion&#8221; legislation <\/strong><strong>until after June 30, 2022. The US Supreme Court ruling on the Mississippi <i>Dobbs<\/i> case is expected <\/strong><strong>sometime during the period June 27 &#8211; 30.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>S1325: Sine Die Resolution<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1325.htm\">https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1325.htm<br \/>\n<\/a><\/span>_________________________________________________<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Regarding the Sine Die Resolution, a May 4 letter to Speaker of the House Jay Lucas,<br \/>\nsigned by several House members stated in part:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">&#8220;The killing of even one child with the needless countenance of state law would be a grave assault to human rights and human dignity.&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>and,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&#8220;No more children should have to die without justice.&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>_________________________________________________<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>With the impending Supreme Court ruling in the <i>Dobbs<\/i> case, the SC Legislature, demonstrating a lack of fear of God, and a lack of love for their unborn neighbors, passed a Sine Die Resolution which declines to take up &#8220;abortion&#8221; legislation until some unspecified time July 1 &#8211; November 13.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><!--StartFragment --><b>In other words, even if as of o\/a June 30, there is no Federal US Supreme Court ruling such as <i>Roe <\/i>or <i>Casey<\/i> to provide any political cover for not completely banning &#8220;abortion&#8221;, the State of South Carolina will <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><i>continue <\/i><\/span>to allow children in the womb to be torn to pieces until some unspecified time July 1 &#8211; November 13 !<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Shame.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i><!--StartFragment --><u>UNLESS<\/u><!--EndFragment -->, the South Carolina Legislature takes up the Sine Die Resolution itself, <!--StartFragment --><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1325.htm\">S1325<\/a>, as the Resolution language allows, and revises the Sine Die Resolution to allow for consideration of &#8220;abortion&#8221; legislation in the June 15-17 and June 28-30 special sessions.<\/i>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span><strong>This the &#8220;Republican&#8221; 65% near super-majority SC House and the &#8220;Republican&#8221;
