It had been reported out of Senate Committee in just 13 days, on 1\/25\/21, and then passed by the full Senate on 1\/28\/21, albeit with exceptions for rape, incest, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/18\/dublin-declaration-on-maternal-healthcare-september-2012\/\">false<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2022\/07\/14\/dr-c-everett-koop-pediatric-surgeon-former-united-states-surgeon-general-1982-1989-protection-of-the-life-of-the-mother-as-an-excuse-for-an-abortion-is-a-smokescreen-in-my-36-years-in-pediat\/\">so-called<\/a><\/strong> life\/serious health of mother, and for killing handicapped babies; overall a despicable, unethical, unjust, unbiblical Bill.<\/p>\n<p><b>&#8216;SC Fetal Heartbeat Protection From Abortion <em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[ sic ]<\/span><\/em> Act&#8217;, Bill S1<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1.htm\">www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/1.htm<br \/>\n<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>The &#8220;Republican&#8221; <em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">[ sic ]<\/span><\/em> Leadership chose to pass the Heartbeat Bill, and failed to even give the House or Senate Personhood Bills a public hearing in 2021, or so far in 2022.<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>After passing the SC Senate on 1\/28\/21, the Heartbeat Bill S1, with all its exceptions [ Note: The entire Heartbeat Bill itself is one Big Exception ! ], went to the SC House. The Bill S1 was reported out of the House Judiciary Committee on 2\/10\/21. On February 12, 2021, a Letter (below) from SC Citizens for &#8220;Life&#8221; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><em>[sic]<\/em>, <\/b><\/span>addressed to the now former House Speaker, former Representative Jay Lucas, and apparently distributed to House Members, basically threatened SC Representatives with being scored as not voting &#8220;pro-life&#8221; if they tried to amend the Senate-passed bill with all its additional exceptions.
