Although priority <\/strong><strong>is given to delivering and saving the life of the unborn child in this context of the life\/serious health <\/strong><strong>of the mother; nevertheless, the <a href=\"https:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/CommitteeInfo\/HouseAdHocDobbsVsJackson\/5399%20Ad%20Hoc%20Recommendations%20-%20Finalized.pdf\">Ad Hoc Committee Recommended Language<\/a> still also allows for <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&#8220;permitted abortion&#8221;.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/CommitteeInfo\/HouseAdHocDobbsVsJackson\/5399%20Ad%20Hoc%20Recommendations%20-%20Finalized.pdf\">Ad Hoc Committee Recommended Language<\/a> allows the [ <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">medically unnecessary<\/span> &#8211; see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dublindeclaration.com\/\">DublinDeclaration<\/a>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dublindeclaration.com\/\">com<\/a> ] <\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">intentional killing of unborn children<\/span> in certain cases involving the life\/serious health of the mother, IAW circumstances <\/strong><strong>described in Section 44-41-830. However, it is never necessary to intentionally kill the baby <\/strong><strong>to save the mother&#8217;s life.
