Gressette Room 308 &#8212; Judiciary Committee<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/agendas\/121s1689.htm\">Agenda Available<\/a><br \/>\nLive Broadcast<br \/>\nLive Broadcast &#8211; Audio Only<br \/>\n<b>REVISIONS:<br \/>\n<\/b>Meeting added on 04\/01\/2016 at 10:04 am<br \/>\nScheduled for Live Broadcast on 04\/01\/2016 at 10:33 am<\/p>\n<p>NOTE: The meeting is in <a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/meetingrooms\/Room%20308.pdf\">Room 308<\/a> with only a +\/- 90 audience seating capacity, instead of the usual <a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/meetingrooms\/Room%20105.pdf\">Room 105<\/a> Senate Judiciary Committee meeting room with a +\/- 100 audience seating capacity ]<\/p>\n<p>( A Finance Subcommittee will be meeting in Room 105 )<\/p>\n<p>__________________________________<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>The April 5th agenda is available here:\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/agendas\/121s1689.htm\">http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/agendas\/121s1689.htm<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess121_2015-2016\/bills\/719.htm\">S.719<\/a><\/b> is item #13 on the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>This is because in the last ( March 22 ) meeting of the Senate Judiciary Committee, S719 was item #24\u00a0out of 24 items on the <a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/agendas\/121s1648.pdf\">Agenda<\/a>, and the meeting stopped after finishing with item #19.\u00a0 So that left<b> five items\u00a0<\/b>( items #19 thru #24 ) which had not been taken up at all in the March 22 meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Then there were also <b>seven bills<\/b> in the March 22 Senate Judiciary Committee meeting which\u00a0were taken up, but then were at some point &#8220;carried over&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, there is <b>one new bill<\/b> ( <a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=1191&amp;session=121&amp;summary=B\">S.1191<\/a> only introduced into the SC Senate on March 24th ) that is very short,\u00a0that has been placed at the very top of the list ( Agenda item #1 ) dealing with South Carolina Rules of Criminal Procedure<br \/>\n[It appears this is an example of how the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman is able to give special priority to a bill on the agenda if he chooses to.]<\/p>\n<p>So <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess121_2015-2016\/bills\/719.htm\"><b>S.719<\/b><\/a> is 13th on the list for April 5th.<\/p>\n<p>_________________________________<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>For those who decide to come to the Judiciary Committee meeting on April 5th (public interest and accountability are important), it is recommended you arrive in the committee meeting room at 2:00 pm (especially with the slightly smaller audience seating size of Room 308 as compared to the usual Room 105).<\/p>\n<p>Pink lapel tags have been prepared that can be pinned on to identify S719 SC Personhood Constitutional Amendment supporters, and it is requested that S719 supporters please sit as close to the front rows as possible.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><b><span style=\"font-size: large;\">___________________________<br \/>\n___________________________<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><u>As explained in the previous March 30 e-mail below<\/u>:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Please contact one or all of these seven ( 7 ) Senators, asking them:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?code=0141193165\">Sean Bennett<\/a> ( R &#8211;
