Tuesday, April 19, 2016 ?<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Which Bill will SC Senators (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/senate.php\">27 R<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/senate.php\">18 D<\/a>) set for Special Order: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=3189&amp;session=121&amp;summary=B\">H.3189<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess121_2015-2016\/bills\/719.htm\">S.719<\/a> ?<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">______________________<br \/>\n______________________<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>It appears likely Senate President <i>Pro-Tempore<\/i>, 35-year incumbent Senator <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/member.php?code=1068181690\">Hugh Leatherman<\/a> (Darlington, Florence) will once again move for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=3189&amp;session=121&amp;summary=B\">H.3189<\/a> to be set for Special Order, which if passed by a 2\/3 Senate vote,\u00a0would take the one slot presently open for Special Order, during the Motion Period on T<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sessphp\/sencal.php\">uesday,\u00a0 April 19<\/a>. \u00a0<u>It is important this Motion be defeated once again<\/u>.\u00a0 It was defeated on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess121_2015-2016\/sj16\/20160414.htm#p32\">Thursday, April 14<\/a> <u>by just one vote<\/u>.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Instead of giving away the one open Special Order slot to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=3189&amp;session=121&amp;summary=B\">H.3189<\/a>, we pray a Special Order vote for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess121_2015-2016\/bills\/719.htm\">S.719<\/a>\u00a0SC Personhood Constitutional Amendment will be taken, and will succeed on Tuesday, April 19.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">So please call and e-mail the <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: large;\"><u>Republican<\/u><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> and <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: large;\"><u>Democrat<\/u><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Senators further below, as many as you are\u00a0willing, by NLT Tuesday morning, April 19 when the Republican Senate Caucus meets at 11AM\u00a0prior to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/meetings.php?chamber=S\">12 noon Session<\/a> in the Senate chamber, saying to them words to this effect:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Please vote to give the open Special Order slot to S.719, and please do <u>not<\/u> vote to give the open Special Order slot to H.3189.\u00a0 The vote for Special Order for S719 is being counted as a vote <u>for<\/u> or <u>against<\/u> the Personhood Constitutional Amendment.\u00a0 Let the People of South Carolina vote on the ballot November 8, 2016 .&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">_________________________<br \/>\n_________________________<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<b>These 10 Republican Senators below voted on Thursday, April 14 to give <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=3189&amp;session=121&amp;summary=B\">H.3189<\/a> (&#8216;campaign funding&#8217;\/&#8217;ethics&#8217;, third party\/so-called &#8216;dark money&#8217;
