Goldfinch is reported to have been on leave because of National Guard duty<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Ross Turner (GREENVILLE)<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-size: 90%;\">IF THERE HAD BEEN ONE MORE VOTE TO VOTE &#8220;NO&#8221;
