\n<\/span>However S474<\/a> Heartbeat Bill will also likely INCREASE<\/u><\/span> “abortions” caused by abortifacient birth control drugs and devices.

\n<\/span>S474<\/a> tells a BIG LIE<\/span> in Section 44-41-610.(4) by FALSELY<\/span> including in the definition of “Contraceptive” a drug, device, or chemical that prevents “the implantation of a fertilized ovum* in a woman’s uterine wall after conception.” THAT IS NOT THE ACTION OF A CONTRACEPTIVE<\/u>. THAT IS THE ACTION OF AN ABORTIFACIENT<\/u>. THAT IS AN EARLY<\/u> “ABORTION” <\/span>AT ABOUT ONE WEEK OR SO AFTER<\/u> CONCEPTION<\/u>\/FERTILIZATION<\/u>. Notice in the definition of “Contraceptive” itself, it says, “AFTER CONCEPTION”. For S474<\/a> to claim a drug, device, or chemical that works AFTER CONCEPTION<\/u> is somehow to be called a “Contraceptive” is ORWELLIAN<\/u>. IT IS A LIE.

\n<\/span>* This definition is further in medical, biological, and scientific ERROR<\/span> by stating it is a “fertilized ovum” that implants in the woman’s uterine wall. That also is FALSE.<\/span> It is NOT<\/u><\/span> a one-celled “fertilized ovum” but a 200-300 cell human embryo termed a “blastocyst” which implants in the endometrial lining of the woman’s uterus at 6 to 12 days AFTER<\/u><\/span> conception\/fertilization. This human embryo is living and exhibiting cell division (mitosis) as it has grown from a one-cell fertilized ovum into a 200-300 cell blastocyst at the time of implantation about one-week or so AFTER<\/u><\/span> CONCEPTION<\/u>\/FERTILIZATION<\/u>.
