Gov. Kevin Bryant recently introduced <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess122_2017-2018\/bills\/217.htm\" target=\"_blank\">S. 217<\/a>, also known as the Personhood Act of South Carolina.
