Linda ] Bennett, the bill&#8217;s sponsor, was reported in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestate.com\/news\/politics-government\/article200129449.html\"><i>The State<\/i><\/a> saying her bill <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>[ H.3548 ] would <i>not stop physicians from performing the procedure <\/i>[ dismemberment ].\u00a0 It would, however,\u00a0\u00a0<i>require doctors to kill the fetus <\/i>before it is removed, <\/b><\/span>she said.\u00a0 [ emphasis, hyperlink to <i>The State<\/i> added ]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i>&#8220;All this bill does <\/i>is require them to <u>euthanize the baby<\/u> before they rip it apart in the mother&#8217;s womb,&#8221;<\/b><\/span><br \/>\nBennett said.\u00a0 [ emphasis added ]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>&#8220;I don&#8217;t like that we even do this procedure,&#8221; the Charleston Republican said.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>&#8220;But if we can at least make it more humane, less painful, to the unborn child &#8230; I want to remove as much pain as I possibly can.&#8221;\u00a0<\/b><\/span>[ emphasis added ]\u00a0 <b>[ <u>CP Note<\/u>: The preborn child is still exterminated.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/20\/12.html\">Proverb<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/20\/12.html\">12:10b<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/20\/12.html\">KJV<\/a> ]<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Will the Senate Republican Leadership leapfrog the incremental abortion regulation dismemberment bill (H3548) over the Personhood Bill (S217) and promote giving Special Order status to H3548 ahead of S217?<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thestate.com\/news\/politics-government\/article200129449.html\">The State<\/a> <\/i>article exposes more of the depraved nature of the bill where sponsor Representative Linda Bennett of the dismemberment bill discusses <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>the &#8220;humaneness&#8221; of the bill<\/b><\/span> because <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>it <i>requires euthanizing <\/i>of the baby, inside the womb, BEFORE he or she can be dismembered&#8230;<\/b><\/span> Ponder on that for more than a moment&#8230;\u00a0 This is a result of <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><i><u>National Right to Life<\/u><\/i><\/b><\/span><i> <\/i>and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>their SC chapter, <i><u>SC Citizens for Life<\/u>&#8216;s<\/i><\/b><\/span><i> <\/i>ability to dilute the idea of what it means to be &#8220;pro-life.&#8221;\u00a0 [ emphasis added ]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Somehow, in this godless universe, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>lawmakers and pastors have rationalized incrementally regulating murder.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>If the &#8220;process,&#8221; the ripping apart of a human child from the womb, is sanitized, then it is acceptable to these same lawmakers and pastors <i>to murder<\/i> the child.\u00a0 It is truly the time of calling evil, good and good, evil; putting darkness for light and light for darkness; bitter for sweet and sweet bitter.\u00a0 (Isaiah 5:20)\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Lawmakers, pastors and pseudo pro-life organizations are continuing in a dedicated battle to <i>keep murder, <\/i>legal.\u00a0 <\/b><\/span>[ emphasis added ]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>SC Senate Leadership, specifically Leatherman (R-Florence) and Massey (R-Edgefield) once again, did not move for Special Order for S217 on March 14, 2018.\u00a0 Senate President Pro Tem Leatherman moved for closing the Motion [P]eriod\u00a0 which is the place on the Senate calendar when Senator Massey could have moved for a 2\/3rds floor vote Special Order despite the apparent obstruction of Leatherman, Campsen (R-Charleston) and Reese (D-Inman) on Massey&#8217;s Rules Committee but, Massey did not so move.&#8221;\u00a0 <b>[ <u>CP Note<\/u>: By Leatherman moving to close the Motion Period, and by the Republican-majority body of Senators in the chamber then going along with Leatherman&#8217;s motion, neither Massey nor any other Senator is able to make a motion during the Motion Period.\u00a0 However, if the Republican-majority body of Senators would by a simple majority vote object to Leatherman&#8217;s motion, then Senator Massey <i><u>OR ANY OTHER SENATOR<\/u><\/i> could move for Special Order for S217.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">This has not been done <u>NOT<\/u> because it cannot be done procedurally, but because the Republican-majority Senate has <u>NOT WILLED<\/u> it to be done.<\/span> ]<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>This country&#8217;s intentionally misdirected attention to<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b> gun issues<\/b><\/span> distracts from this moral dilemma being experienced\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>as the country moves further from being <i>virtuous <\/i>and <i>righteous: <\/i>requirements recognized more than 200 years ago by the framers as being essential to maintaining freedom and liberty.\u00a0 <\/b><\/span>[ emphasis added ]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>The legal pretexts for the ongoing slaughter inside the womb where the most innocent reside without due process of law or equal protection of the laws is directly connected to the horrific violence occurring outside the womb where by extension: why would anyone expect life to be respected?<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Hosea 4:6:\u00a0 <i>My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:\u00a0 because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/i>[ emphasis added, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/28\/4.html#S4\"><b>Hosea<\/b><\/a><b> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/28\/4.html#S4\">4:6<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/28\/4.html#S4\">KJV<\/a> <\/b>]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>Those who wish to <i>appear<\/i> pro-life are using their very visible votes <i>for dismemberment<\/i> to portray themselves as being humane <u>yet there will still be dead children whose lives are being sacrificed to insulate those who legislate incremental murder from having to take a principled stand against bad law<\/u>. <\/b><\/span>[ emphasis added ]<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>The Supreme Court opinions are <i>not <\/i>synonymous with the U.S. Constitution and Judicial Supremacy is <i>not <\/i>god.<br \/>\n<u>When is the General Assembly going to recognize that supporting a pretended good is defeating what is best?<br \/>\n<\/u><\/b><\/span>[ emphasis added ]<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: x-large;\"><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><i>Matthew, Mark <\/i>and <i>Luke all <\/i>share this reminder that <i>it is better for a millstone to be hanged about one&#8217;s neck and be cast into the sea [than] that one should offend one of the little ones&#8230; <\/i>It could be supposed that murder might be considered somewhat offensive, terrifying, frightening, and permanent.\u00a0 <i><u>Incremental <\/u><\/i><u>murder is no less offensive<\/u>.\u00a0 <i>Mutilation <\/i>is offensive.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b><u>This State&#8217;s debate on what <i>the right way to kill a child<\/i> is, is&#8230;
