style=\"font-size: large;\">District 20 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scvotes.org\/state-senate-district-20-special-election\">Special Election<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Two* of these Republican candidates are confirmed supporters of <a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/\">SC Personhood<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=217\">Legislation<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thestate.com\/news\/politics-government\/article214077529.html\">Benjamin <\/a><a purpose of Personhood legislation is to establish justice for all pre-birth human beings, recognizing\u00a0 the Creator God-given unalienable right to life of every human being as a \u201cperson\u201d, in law, at fertilization, and that without exception, because God&#8217;s Word says, &#8220;Thou shalt not kill (murder).&#8221;\u00a0 Exodus 20:13, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/\">KJV<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/maps\/senate\/Sen20.pdf\">SC<\/a> <a unborn\u201d and that the \u201cunborn should be protected.\u201d He says in the law a person \u201ccan be charged with a crime if we kill a fetus.\u201d He emphasized that abortion is a \u201cfederally driven issue\u201d but that the \u201c5th and 14th Amendments say each person has a right to life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the recent Greenville Women\u2019s Clinic news violating state law concerning improper disposal of aborted babies as \u201cmedical waste\u201d, he said it was \u201creprehensible to God\u2019s creation.\u201d Stegmaier emphasized that as a people we must
