font-size: small;\">Planned Parenthood<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> (Section 33 &#8211; DHHS), and also contains funding for certain <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: small;\">&#8216;Abortions&#8217;<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> in the State Health Insurance Plan (Section 108 &#8211; PEBA), that means the version of the SC State Budget as passed by the SC Legislature on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess123_2019-2020\/appropriations2019\/cr19ndx.php\">May 21<\/a> still requires South Carolina taxpayers to fund<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: small;\"> PLANNED PARENTHOOD <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2019\/04\/24\/sc-senate-continues-sc-dhhs-funding-of-planned-parenthood-for-now-adopts-still-ineffective-revised-version-of-ineffective-proviso-33-25-without-adopting-governors-effective-proviso-33-24\/\">for now<\/a> and to fund certain <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: small;\">&#8216;Abortions&#8217;.\u00a0 If even <u>one<\/u> child in the womb is murdered during FY 2019-2020 ( July 1, 2019 &#8211; June 30, 2020 ) using funds appropriated in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=4000\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">H4000<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: small;\">as approved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/votehistory.php?KEY=16889\">May 21<\/a> by SC House members, and as approved <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/votehistory.php?KEY=16879\">May 21<\/a> by SC Senate members, as well as earlier applicable votes in the legislative process taken in the SC House and the SC Senate, then each and every House and Senate member voting to appropriate such money, or voting against efforts to stop the appropriation of such money, will consequently thereby be an <u>accessory to murder before-the-fact<\/u>, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\">the fraudulent, unrighteous, immoral, and unconstitutional Opinion of the US Supreme Court in Roe v Wade notwithstanding.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><u>Note<\/u>: The SC DHHS funding of Planned Parenthood is <u>NOT<\/u> directly for surgical or RU-486 &#8220;abortions&#8221;, but for so-called &#8220;family planning funds&#8221;, which may include chemically abortifacient &#8220;birth control&#8221;.
