Candidate marked &#8220;Yes&#8221; to Question #2 <strong>[2. Incremental Legislation Regulating Child-Murder by &#8220;Abortion&#8221;], <\/strong>however he continues to affirm his support <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=155970772636562&amp;id=103357587897881&amp;__tn__=-R\">here<\/a> on his campaign facebook page (May 25 <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=155970772636562&amp;id=103357587897881&amp;__tn__=-R\">post<\/a>), for incremental legislation regulating child-murder by &#8220;abortion&#8221; [ i.e., the so-called &#8220;Heartbeat&#8221; Bill ] Given John Gallman&#8217;s position, the correct answer for him to Question #2 would therefore be &#8220;No&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The &#8220;Heartbeat&#8221; Bill does <u>NOT<\/u> Establish Justice (Amos 5:15, Proverb 21:3,\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/\">KJV<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Heartbeat&#8221; Bill, in addition to <a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2019\/05\/17\/republican-super-majority-sc-house-adds-mace-rape-and-incest-exceptions-amendment-to-incremental-child-murder-regulation-heartbeat-bill-which-bans-no-abortions-before-heartbeat-detected\/\">Rep. Nancy Mace&#8217;s selectively pro-&#8220;abortion&#8221; exceptions amendment <\/a>to H.3020, saves <strong><u>NO<\/u><\/strong> unborn children prior to the detection of a heartbeat at approximately six weeks gestation. <a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2019\/04\/08\/all-heartbeat-bills-have-a-huge-exception\/\">The &#8220;Heartbeat&#8221; Bill has a HUGE EXCEPTION<\/a>:\u00a0 It allows the killing of <strong><u>ALL<\/u><\/strong> children prior to about six weeks. Life begins at conception (fertilization), <strong><u>NOT<\/u><\/strong> detection of a heartbeat. The &#8220;Heartbeat&#8221; Bill is <strong><u>NOT<\/u><\/strong> a pro-life bill, it is a bill which incrementally regulates child-murder by &#8220;abortion&#8221;. <strong><em>Being &#8220;pro-life&#8221; is <u>agreeing with God<\/u> on the Sanctity of Human Life which <u>HE HAS CREATED<\/u>. <\/em><\/strong>(Genesis 1:27,\u00a0 Exodus 20:13, Leviticus 20:3, Matthew 19:18, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bartleby.com\/108\/\">KJV<\/a>).\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2019\/04\/09\/heartbeat-bill-h3020-good-is-the-enemy-of-gods-best\/\">&#8220;Good&#8221; is the Enemy of God&#8217;s Best<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 The &#8220;Heartbeat&#8221; Bill is the <strong><u>Enemy<\/u><\/strong> of the Personhood Bill.\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2017\/03\/15\/personhood-is-abolition\/\">Personhood<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/christiansforpersonhood.com\/index.php\/2017\/03\/15\/personhood-is-abolition\/\">is Abolition<\/a>. However, in the 2019-2020 Session, the incremental &#8220;Heartbeat&#8221; Bill was chosen to advance instead of the Personhood Bill <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess123_2019-2020\/bills\/3920.htm\">H<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess123_2019-2020\/bills\/3920.htm\">.3920<\/a> by the fake &#8220;pro-life&#8221; Republican establishment leadership in the SC House.\u00a0 Multiple incremental bills have been passed in the SC Legislature since 1990, and yet from 1991 to 2018, the murders of <strong><em><u>over 212,000<\/u><\/em><\/strong> unborn children in South Carolina have still been reported by SC DHEC.\u00a0 That is <strong><u>NOT<\/u><\/strong> &#8220;pro-life&#8221; !!!\u00a0 Personhood legislation was first introduced in both the SC House and the SC Senate in <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2018-11-29-History-of-Personhood-Legislation-in-South-Carolina-1998-2018.pdf\">1998<\/a>, twenty-two years ago !!!\u00a0 Personhood legislation has been active in the SC Legislature, in at least one chamber, every year since, and since then, from 1999 to 2018, the murders of <strong><em><u>over 129,000<\/u><\/em><\/strong> unborn children have been committed in South Carolina, as reported by SC DHEC.<br \/>\n[&#8220;Abortions&#8221; by Occurrence in SC: <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2016-03-08-SC-Abortion-Statistics-1988-2014.xls\">1998 &#8211; 2014<\/a>; <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2016-09-30-SC-DHEC-Abortions-Committed-in-SC-by-Facility-in-2015.pdf\">2015<\/a>; <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2017-11-28-SC-DHEC-Abortions-Committed-in-SC-by-Facility-in-2016.pdf\">2016<\/a>; <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2018-10-04-SC-DHEC-Abortions-by-Occurrence-in-SC-2017.pdf\">2017<\/a>;
