These rights shall extend to both born and preborn persons beginning at conception?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SC Legislators have had their opportunity to protect the unborn for the past 17 years, during which Personhood Bills have been active in the SC Legislature each and every year ( <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2015-04-28-History-of-Personhood-Legislation-in-South-Carolina-1998-2015.pdf\">1998 &#8211; 2015<\/a> ).\u00a0 However, they have failed to do their God-given ( Romans 13:1-4, <a href=\"http:\/\/bartleby.com\/108\">KJV<\/a> ), Oath-sworn duty, to <strong><em>\u201cestablish Justice\u201d<\/em><\/strong> ( Preamble, <a href=\"http:\/\/constitutionus.com\/\">United States Constitution<\/a> ).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">It is time to let the people vote<\/span>.\u00a0 The headline of a notice by Voice of the Unborn about a personhood constitutional amendment, published in <em>The Times Examiner<\/em> ( Greenville, SC ), April 15, 2015, stated it clearly<strong>:\u00a0 LET US VOTE!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Glory to God, He has <strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">already<\/span><\/em><\/strong> decided.\u00a0 God says<strong>:<\/strong> \u201cThou shalt not kill ( murder ).\u201d \u00a0Exodus 20:13, <a href=\"http:\/\/bartleby.com\/108\">KJV<\/a>.\u00a0 Amen !<\/p>\n<p>Voters in the June 2014 Republican Primary have <strong><em>already<\/em> approved<\/strong> a personhood constitutional amendment,\u00a0which won by <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2015-04-27-SC-Election-Commission-2014-Statewide-Primary-Election-Republican-Question-1.pdf\">more than 78%<\/a><\/span> overall in the 45 SC counties in which it appeared on the <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2015-04-27-Official-Ballot-Beaufort-County-Repub-Prim-June-10-2014-p2.pdf\">Official Ballot<\/a> as <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2015-04-27-Official-Ballot-Beaufort-County-Repub-Prim-June-10-2014-p2.pdf\">Advisory<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2015-04-27-Official-Ballot-Beaufort-County-Repub-Prim-June-10-2014-p2.pdf\">Question #1<\/a>.\u00a0 Praise God !\u00a0 Except for the removal of one hyphen in the word \u2018pre-born\u2019, the SC Personhood Constitutional Amendment ( <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/scstatehouse.gov\/sess121_2015-2016\/bills\/4093.htm\">H.4093<\/a> <\/strong>) introduced today, is exactly, word for word, identically verbatim to what the Republican Primary voters <strong><em>already<\/em> approved<\/strong> by <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2015-04-27-SC-Election-Commission-2014-Statewide-Primary-Election-Republican-Question-1.pdf\">more than 78%<\/a><\/span> in June 2014.\u00a0 So we are calling on SC Legislators, not only to let the people vote, but to let the people vote on what <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2015-04-27-SC-Election-Commission-2014-Statewide-Primary-Election-Republican-Question-1.pdf\">over 240,000<\/a><\/span> Republican Primary voters have <strong><em>already <\/em><\/strong>shown by their votes they believe !!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/truthinhistory.org\/no-king-but-jesus-2.html\">Christians<\/a> among America\u2019s forefathers rendered the <a href=\"http:\/\/truthinhistory.org\/no-king-but-jesus-2.html\">historic battle<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/truthinhistory.org\/no-king-but-jesus-2.html\">&#8211;<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/truthinhistory.org\/no-king-but-jesus-2.html\">cry<\/a> \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.daveblackonline.com\/no_king_but_king_jesus.htm\">No King but King Jesus!<\/a>\u201d. [ 1 Tim. 6:15, <a href=\"http:\/\/bartleby.com\/108\">KJV<\/a>. ] Beginning in the American Revolutionary period, 240 years ago, William Blackstone\u2019s <em><a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2014-03-22-USC-Law-Library-Blackstones-Commentaries-on-the-Laws-of-England-1863-title-page.pdf\">Commentaries on the Laws of England<\/a><\/em> were used for perhaps a century or more ( including at times during the 1867-1877 period at <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2014-03-22-USC-Law-School-wall-placard-Blackstones-Commentaries-were-part-of-law-school-curriculum.pdf\">USC Law School<\/a> in Columbia, SC ) <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">to instruct America\u2019s lawyers<\/span>. <a href=\"http:\/\/christianlifeandliberty.net\/2014-03-22-USC-Law-Library-Blackstones-Commentaries-Section-II-OF-THE-NATURE-OF-LAWS-IN-GENERAL-p.28.pdf\">Blackstone wrote<\/a><strong>:<\/strong> &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">Upon these two foundations<\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">the law of nature<\/span> and <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">the law of revelation<\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\">depend all human laws<\/span>; that is to say, no human laws should be suffered to contradict these. &#8230; To instance in the case of murder: this is expressly forbidden by the divine, and demonstrably by the natural law; and, from these prohibitions, arises the true unlawfulness of this crime. &#8230;
