The Board names the principal officers of the organization, including the President.&#8221;<br \/>________<br \/><br \/><br \/><em><strong>During the time period March &#8211; June 2021, the SC House and\/or SC Senate deliberated <\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>on the FY 2012-2022 SC State Budget Bill <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/appropriations2021\/gab4100.php\">H4100<\/a>. Numerous floor votes were taken on <\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>pro-life amendments; on Sections 23, 33, and 108; on Second Reading of the Budget<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>in each chamber; on Third Reading of the Budget in each chamber; on further pro-life<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>amendments to the Senate Budget version by the SC House; and on the Conference<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>Committee Report in each chamber. The SC Governor then had his opportunity to<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>exercise his veto authority upon the State Budget as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/appropriations2021\/ta21ndx.php\">Ratified<\/a> by the SC Legislature.<\/strong><\/em> <br \/><br \/><em><strong>Examination of certain Roll Call votes in the SC House and SC Senate will provide<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>accountability and indicate culpability for which Representatives and Senators are<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>responsible for authorizing the expenditure of taxpayer funds to fund <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abortionno.org\/abortion-photos\/\">child-murder<\/a> and\/or <\/strong><\/em><em><strong>child-murderers (e.g., Planned Parenthood) in the FY 2021-2022 SC State Budget <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/billsearch.php?billnumbers=4100\">H4100<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><br \/><br \/><em><strong>While it may be possible to determine interim and partial funding for &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abortionno.org\/abortion-photos\/\">abortion<\/a>&#8221;
